Meet Kostas!

Kostas is a lifelong resident of Mansfield, proud graduate of Mansfield High School, and an alumnus of Suffolk University where he received both his undergraduate degree in Political Science (with concentrations in American Politics and International Relations), as well as a Masters in Applied Politics.

Kostas has had a lifelong commitment to public service. He served two years on the Mansfield Conservation Commission where he worked to protect water resource areas and wetlands within the community. Kostas’s passion for service saw him also serve two terms as the elected Town Moderator of Mansfield. Currently, Kostas serves as a member of the Mansfield Industrial Development Commission, which focuses on strategies to promote economic development within the community.

Kostas spent time in three legislative offices, learning how the state legislature operates and how representatives can best serve their respective districts through strong constituent services. He interned with Representative Paul McMurtry of Dedham, Representative Jay Barrows of Mansfield, and Representative Adam Scanlon of North Attleboro. After graduating from Suffolk University, Kostas began work as a Gaming Agent with the Massachusetts Gaming Commission, where he continues to serve in a professional capacity.

Kostas loves to travel, hike, and spend time with his family. Recently, Kostas and his wife Greta purchased their first home in Mansfield, and they are enjoying settling into homeownership with their dog Voltaire.
